Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the customer receives the goods.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- unused
- undamaged
- in original packaging
The goods must be returned without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract.

Return Shipping Responsibility
The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

Starting a Return
- Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery via email at info@iwera.eu
- Providing a reason for return is optional and not required by law
- Receive your prepaid return shipping label (where provided)
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all certificates and accessories
- Ship the item back to us using the provided label or agreed return method
Processing Time
Returns may be inspected within 2-3 business days of arrival at our facility.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.
We may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received.
International Returns
For non-EU orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered subject to availability. Any price difference must be paid.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” do not affect statutory consumer rights under EU law.
Custom-made or personalized items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.
Warranty Policy (Statutory Legal Guarantee)
All IWERA products are covered by a 24-month statutory legal guarantee under EU and Czech law.
Warranty Exclusions (Where Legally Permitted)
Normal wear and tear, chemical exposure, loss or damage due to accidents, and unauthorized modifications or repairs are not covered, where legally permitted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund.
