Our Commitment to Quality

At IWERA, we are committed to offering high-quality fine jewelry and lab-grown diamonds crafted to the highest industry standards. Each IWERA piece is carefully inspected at both our manufacturing facility and our distribution center prior to shipment.

IWERA proudly offers a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty on all jewelry purchased directly from our website, regardless of price or product type.

Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty Coverage

IWERA warrants that all jewelry purchased directly from IWERA will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. In addition, the optical properties of our lab-grown diamonds will not fade or cloud over time under normal consumer use and proper care, consistent with industry standards.

For purposes of this warranty, “lifetime” refers to the reasonable lifetime of the jewelry under normal consumer use.

This warranty:

  • Applies only to original IWERA purchases
  • Is non-transferable
  • Is effective from the original date of purchase
  • Covers manufacturing defects only

What Is Not Covered

The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are excluded from the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratching, dents, bending, or surface damage
  • Loss of center or side stones due to trauma, impact, excessive force, or damage
  • Theft, loss, or accidental damage
  • Improper use, cleaning, storage, or care
  • Fading or discoloration of metals caused by exposure to chemicals or harsh environments, including but not limited to swimming pools, hot tubs, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning agents
  • Normal metal wear, including thinning, loosening, or wear of prongs over time
  • Damage caused by resizing, repair, alteration, or service performed by any third-party jeweler or service provider not affiliated with IWERA or not administered by Extend

Diamonds are extremely durable but are not indestructible. Chipping, cracking, or breaking due to impact, misuse, or prolonged wear is not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact IWERA Customer Service and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the item and area of concern
  • A brief description of when and how the issue was noticed

IWERA will review the information provided to determine whether the issue qualifies under the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

If the Issue Is Covered

  • IWERA will provide a prepaid, insured shipping label and instructions
  • Upon receipt and inspection, IWERA will repair the item or, at its sole discretion, replace it with the same or a comparable item
  • All repair and return shipping costs for covered warranty claims are paid by IWERA

If the Issue Is Not Covered

  • You will receive a repair estimate for approval
  • For non-warranty repairs, customers are responsible for approved repair costs and applicable shipping fees
  • Upon approval and payment, IWERA will provide a prepaid insured shipping label and service instructions
  • Repairs typically take approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on the nature of the repair, parts availability, and inspection results
  • Once completed, the item will be returned in a new jewelry box

Please note: Original shipping boxes used to send items for service are not returned.

Repairs & Maintenance Services

Jewelry may require maintenance over time due to regular wear. IWERA offers professional repair and care services at our U.S. facility, including:

  • Prong tightening
  • Side stone replacement
  • Polishing and refinishing
  • Rhodium re-plating
  • Professional cleaning

IWERA strives to keep repair costs reasonable while maintaining the integrity and quality of each piece. Any repairs or services performed by unauthorized third-party providers will void this warranty.

Free Ring Resizing

If you order a ring and love it but need a different size, IWERA is happy to assist.

  • IWERA offers one complimentary ring resize within 30 days of when your order ships
  • If resizing cannot be performed while maintaining the integrity of the ring, IWERA will notify you and offer the option to place a special order for the correct size or have the ring returned as-is
  • Please note, eternity-style rings will need to be re-made in the correct ring size, which we offer one-time only within 30 days of when your order ships

Additional resizing services may be available for an added fee, excluding eternity-style rings. Rings may only be resized as long as the integrity of the piece can be maintained. Rings that have been resized multiple times may no longer be eligible for resizing, in which case a new setting or alternative repair options may be offered at an additional cost.

Due to duties and taxes imposed during importation, ring resizing services are not available for international orders.

Extend Product Protection

For additional protection beyond the manufacturer’s warranty, IWERA offers Extend Product Protection.

Extend Product Protection covers accidental damage not included under IWERA’s Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty, including:

  • Chipped or cracked stones
  • Bent or broken clasps
  • Loss of center or side stones

Extend plans may also include refinishing, repolishing, rhodium plating, and ring resizing after IWERA’s initial resizing period (beginning 60 days after purchase). Coverage options range from 1 year to lifetime, depending on the plan selected.

Extend Product Protection is administered by Extend and is separate from IWERA’s Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. Coverage is subject to Extend’s terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions.
