Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Selected non-EU international destinations
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
- Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
EU orders: approximately 14 - 20 business days
Non-EU international orders: approximately 14 –20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Delivery times do not include order processing time.

- Customs, Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union:
Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be charged by local authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
IWERA JEWEL is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
