Why We Offer Returns

At IWERA, we understand that sometimes a piece doesn’t meet your expectations when it arrives, or you may change your mind. Our return policy builds trust and ensures you can shop confidently, knowing you have options if something isn’t quite right.

Starting a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery via email at info.iwera@gmail.com 
  2. Providing a reason for return is optional and not required by law
  3. Receive your prepaid return shipping label (where provided)
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all certificates and accessories
  5. Ship the item back to us using the provided label or agreed return method

Processing Time

Returns may be inspected within 2–3 business days of arrival at our facility.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice using the original payment method.

We may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.

International Returns

For non-EU orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered subject to availability. Any price difference must be paid.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” do not affect statutory consumer rights under EU law.

Custom-made or personalized items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.

Warranty Policy (Statutory Legal Guarantee)

All IWERA products are covered by a 24-month statutory legal guarantee under EU and Czech law.

Warranty Exclusions (Where Legally Permitted)

Normal wear and tear, chemical exposure, loss or damage due to accidents, and unauthorized modifications or repairs are not covered, where legally permitted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund.
