Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
Czech Republic & Slovakia: 3–5 business days
European Union: 7–14 business days
Rest of the World: 14–28 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union (EU), please note:
Prices on our store do not include local customs, duties, or import taxes.
Any additional charges levied by local customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@iwera.eu with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
